Environment protection authority EPA Kuwait

EPA kuwait is housed in this building on first floor which is white portion with blue sign on it.Entranc to there office is on the back.
I have tried to contact them few times but their office is always closed .This office is based in coop Romaithia complex.




I found there website and tried to find there physical address but not listed on their website.There is two telephone numbers and i have tried to ring them on these numbers but seems to be for finance ministry.

Anyway they published in their website they recieved awards for kuwaiti beaches. Now I will try to find what type of awards are these? i will post updates later

I was always wondered why some kuwaiti beaches smells like shit and trying to find causes.Today i visited Aqeela beach which is near fintas coop.See this photo? It is photo of sewage which flushes shit into the beach and I found out it is still doing its Job which causes this beach smells like shit.Is international or local agency there which protects beaches to protect from this environmental catastrophy?

metal rod coming out of sand left from old building on the the beachh but it is very dangerous for kids playing on the beach which could be leathal

another metal rod in the beach i put circle on it to highlight in the picture. sorry for picture quality. My point is these metal rods could kill someone

actually two metal rods i have noticed and one outside
